Short version: the waitlist is free, joining doesn't guarantee a spot, your application stays yours, and Movens is pre-launch so everything is subject to change.
1. Acceptance
By joining the Movens waitlist or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't join — no hard feelings.
2. The waitlist
Joining is free and voluntary. There is no purchase, no reservation fee, and no obligation of any kind on either side.
The waitlist does not guarantee access. Movens opens in small founder batches, and who gets in, when, is at our sole discretion. We may add, pause, or close batches at any time.
If a batch accepts you and you choose to subscribe, you will see the current price before you pay. The founding rate is $49/month, your first month is free, and that rate locks for the lifetime of an active subscription.
3. Eligibility and accuracy
The waitlist is for founders and teams shipping a real product. You agree to provide information that is accurate and to keep your contact details current so we can reach you.
4. What you submit
You keep ownership of everything you submit — your product link, goals, and channel notes. You give us permission to store, review, and discuss your application internally for deciding early access and shaping the product. Don't submit anything you don't have the right to share.
5. Our site and brand
The Movens name, logo, copy, and design belong to us. You may view and link to this site for personal, non-commercial use. Scraping, mirroring, or republishing it wholesale is not allowed.
6. Disclaimers
Movens is pre-launch. The site and the waitlist are provided 'as is' with no warranty of any kind, and nothing on this site is a commitment about launch dates, features, pricing, or availability.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the waitlist. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the waitlist and product evolve. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
