1. What this covers

This policy explains how we handle information you submit through the Movens waitlist form at /waitlist. It applies to the waitlist only — Movens is pre-launch, and this page will grow with the product.

2. What we collect

When you apply, we collect exactly what the form asks for: your product URL or name, what winning looks like to you, where your target audience talks (optional), and your founder work email.

We also record the submission time and whether the application was accepted, already registered, or failed.

3. Where it's stored

Submissions are sent from our server to Waitro (waitro.ppussh.com), the tool that runs our waitlist. Your application lives there. Our site never exposes your data or the waitlist credentials to your browser.

4. Why we collect it

To contact you about early access, decide which founder batches open first, and understand what distribution problems founders actually have so we build the right thing.

We do not use your application for advertising, and we do not train third-party models on it.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share it only with our waitlist provider (Waitro) to the extent needed to run the list, and when required by law.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep applications for as long as the waitlist is running. Ask us to delete yours at any time and we will remove it from our waitlist records without argument.

7. Cookies and local storage

No ad trackers, no analytics cookies, no third-party pixels. The site stores nothing about you in your browser beyond what the page needs while you fill the form.

8. Security

Form submissions travel over HTTPS, and the waitlist key stays on our server. No system is perfect, but we minimize what we collect and who can see it.

9. Your rights and contact

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your waitlist data at any time. Email dev@ppussh.com and we'll act on it.
